Openbravo POS (previously called Librepos and TinaPOS) is a point of sale application designed for touch screens, supports ESC/POS ticket printers, customer displays and barcode scanners. It is multiuser providing product entry forms, reports and charts.
For single location deployments of just a few tills / cash registers, Openbravo POS is available as a free, open source community supported package (through forums, Wiki, etc).
